Some of the key topics of Equality Talk include:
- History of the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative, or Proposal 2, of 2006.
- History of Grutter v. Bollinger et all, and Gratz v. Bollinger, et al.
- Information about "affirmative action" and race and gender preferences.
- Documenting the key individuals in the debate.
- Documenting the key organizations in the debate.
- Allowing for real-time updates of current events and documenting activities as they occur in an ongoing timelime.
- Following events in the individual States.
